So when it comes to love everbody must know right? But what about lust? Or lust that is masqueraded as love?
Now what happens when you meet the person of your dreams, but you know that there is NO way in ever getting a chance to be with them?? Why are we put through this continuous game where we are given these people but always can never get them, or we decide that we aren't "good" enough for them so we settle for someone that will just treat you like a piece of crap, or just alone period? This game that we have been forced to play whether or not we like it just isn't fair. I'm not saying it just isn't fair to me, but to almost the entire world and human existance. And I only say alomst because there are those lucky few who do find the one that is their "other half" and lives their lives with true love and happiness. (And to those who do find love, I applaud you.)
But then that leaves us single people. "Oh yes I would love to meet the love of my life, but will I ever meet him/her??" I have a better chance at winning the Lottery (although that won't be too bad either, I need the money).
So Dear Readers, if you have something to say on love, please do tell. Until next time, This has been Rants of a Bored Lesbian

Poor people need a break!!!!!
To those who agree raise your hands and scream out "Hallelujah!"
But back to the problem. A majority of people in this country are those who literally work to death but in the end have nothing to show for it. but what I realized today is that when it comes to my homestate of California, is that there are people who work within the Government and work for like 20 years then they go ahead and retire and get paid by their pensions for the same thing they did when they were working, and that is NOTHING.
Then I was thinking as I was waiting for the bus in the Valley, where even though I have one of those TAP Cards, I couldn't use it on the bus. Why is that? Because the Coporations want to make more money off of those who can barely afford taking the bus in the first place! Why can't they just make the damn things universal? So if I'm in my hometown and want or need to take the bus down to LA, I won't have to worry about not having enough money. And also when you think of it, in making it universal, they can actually make MORE money!!!!
Well I have to get going, lets just hope my TAP Card will be valid to get my ass home!!

Books: Friend or Foe?
So books are considered an everyday part of life. WRONG. In todays world, if you read and enjoy books, you're either a nerd, a geek or just plain boring. Now I'm at the library right now and I'm seeing two little girls (twins, so cute!) and unlike the majority of the adolescent populous, they are actually bugging their mother to be able to read more books!!!
Now I dont know about you, but I find that extremely intriguing, because here they are begging their mom to get more books while the mom (who is on the computer by the way) tells them they can only have one book each.
Now if you were a parent, wouldn't you be praising your child for the fact that they wanted to read and expand their minds and imagination, instead of sitting on their asses and watching TV or playing video games ass they stuff themselves with Twinkies?? I know I would!!

Birthdays..... Oy, the agony!!
Birthdays are supposed to be a joyful occasion celebrating the birth of a loved one. but why is it that these days birthdays seem like just another grueling task to do? you gotta pick where you want to eat, what you want to do, what you want for your birthday, and so on.
I birthdays are meant to be happy and joyous, then let the person whos getting that much closer to death decide what the hell they want to do on THEIR day.
And that my friends, is another rant of a bored lesbian
